Writing poetry began with ….
- I’m writing has always been, since I started to think and associate the facts. Over the years I accumulated a lot of lines and it is time to show them to the world. Tomik is a kind of retrospective of my poetry. Rows grouped according to key rejecting chronology. The first part – “not of this world” is an attempt to answer the question where I am. Because not from Katowice, but not yet with Ponik. And these questions are in my poems.
How many years, how much you need to survive summers
While the snow applied to the court?
How much you have to collect mushrooms from the pines to say:
I’m here, I’m out of this world.
The second part – “Eight of the world” – expresses the human longing. I present them through subtle eroticism and very personal observation of the world. The third – “People poems they write,” is a kind of fun words. The last part – “Poems teenagers”, the writing metaphysical experience of a young, sensitive girl. Tomik is one hundred and two poems, hence the title. It is my complete the work. Sam I designed the cover image braids symbolize the intertwining paths of life. Edited got into the technical, composition and breaking pages. The book was published in an edition of 300 copies, gave it the dimension collector, each unit has its own number. (Gazeta received a book of the number 275 – ed. Ed.)
What this poetry wants to Mrs. tell the world?
- Writing poetry is my way of carrying out a diary, fusing moments of my life – sometimes sad and nostalgic, sometimes joyful, unexpected. Always on my birthday I write a poem. It reflected my emotions associated with that date, depending on who came or who it was, what gifts I received … Writing is intimately linked to my experiences.
Please tell me what brought the Lady in Janow site?
- Ten years ago I finished work in education. I sold everything and came to Ponik. Built a house, from his daughter got a cat and a dog, I started to live here. Previously, I lived close to the highway, I worked in the largest school in Europe. Now I am surrounded by silence, nature, animals and peace. The decision was spontaneous and certainly for the many surprising, but do not regret anything. Here in Poniku, I found my place on earth. Edifying for me close, direct contact with local inhabitants There is no way to go through Ponik or Janow and not talk to a few people.
How do literary talent in math teacher?
- I had a great teacher of the Polish language in high school, Professor Plonka. I picked a good school mathematics and technical disciplines that my approach to the work. My model is Mary Konopnicka. The newly discovered it about three years ago, her style and creativity have become an inspiration for me.
What Ms. impresses with Konopnickiej?
- Mathematically and simplicity. Maria Konopnicka about trivial things, writes coherently and logically, giving a musical rhythm poems. Her poems are “singsong”. Also, most of my poems that I wrote here in the Jura, it became songs’ lyrics. The first was “Oh Jura, Jura, beautiful nature” for which she wrote the music Urszula Ostrowska – local cultural animator and singer. The beauty is in the simplicity and so I try to write: simple but not crudely, although I must admit that it’s not that easy and sometimes requires effort. In an accessible transmission helps me teaching experience. By teaching children abstract concepts such as fractions, number line, stock, leveled in his ability to describe the intricacies easy and understandable.
The promotion of the book of poems Ms. probably was an important event for you …
- It was a beautiful spectacle of poetry and music. Poems were illustrated with images, photographs made by me and my friends read them with Janowski Literary Club: Joanna Krzyżańska, Marek Monikowski, Ireneusz Bartkowiak, Janusz Ochocki, Thomas Szmagier and guest Iwona Liberda. Ula Ostrowska composed the music for my lyrics, and Ola Kowalska were accompanied during the reading of poems. The participants of the show were dressed in national costumes, which gave the party color and character. Anna Toast summed it all by reading a poem written especially for me.
The meeting was hosted by Justin Siemon, whose thank you very much, because I did it gracefully and professionally.
With Janowski Literary Club we promote the beauty and culture of the Earth Janowska. At the invitation of the Polish Writers Union we were at a meeting in Krakow, Kazimierz. We also stayed in Zakopane, at the Museum of Jan Kasprowicz at Harenda participating in the event “Night of the Poets”. This meeting inspired me to implement a new idea to create a similar initiative in the Jura. I run an open house, I want to act and plenty of friends among artists. Since organizing Tuesday’s weekly literary meetings. The name of our meetings – artPONIK – was established recently, but is relevant and sound. I have hosted many wonderful people. He was with us for example, Mr. Robert Szecówka with Zarek, graphic artist, author tautogramów- or poems that begin with the same letter. His tautogram the letter “p” is made-to-measure entry into the Guinness Book of Records. About artPONIKU I can speak long, but I think that is a topic for another conversation.
Thanks for the interview
