How is it that the songs of French performers such as Jacques Brel, Edit Piaf and Georges Brassens, are still considered some of the greatest works in the history of European culture? Bo talk about the desires and passions that meet each of us? Because classical French song is “chanson à texte”, which means in the short song in which words play the most important role? Because the performers were great artists?
– All true, but for us the biggest advantage of these works is that each of them lies a great acting role. Each of these pieces is a conversation with the audience, which does not need support in the form of costumes or scenery. Acting is an art involving a dialogue with the audience and meeting with him face to face – invite to the event occurring in the students.
The artistic exercises Peter Domalewski. For vocal preparation corresponds Marek Kulikowski. Development of musical accompaniment and prepared Christopher Kulikowski and Mark Kulikowski. Cast: Raphael corncrake, Rafał Domagała, Anna Domalewska, Agnieszka Grębosz and David Kobiela.
Shows “Beware the gorilla!” 17 and 18 (h. 20.00) and 19 and 20 March (hr. 19.00) at the headquarters of the university.
