After five very intense days and many hours of competition screenings jury announced the results of the International Short Film Festival.

The official end of the festival ŻUBROFFKA

Jury: Katarzyna Kijek, Ujkan Hysaj, Piotr Bernas and Przemysław Adamski awarded the following:

Grand Prix is the Director of Bialystok Prize Centre in euro 2,000 won film “Washingtonia”, dir. Konstantin Kotzamani (Greece).

Contest “Window to the East”

I Award – “Ukhilavi sivrtseebi” / “Invisible spaces”, dir. Dea Kulumbegashvili (Georgia)
 Distinction – “Suns dienom” / “Dog’s Life”, dir. Ieva Veiveryte (Lithuania)

Contest “whole world”

I Award – “Le retour” / “The return”, dir. Yohann changes has been made (France)
 Distinction – “Ett liv enklare” / “A simpler life”, dir. Gunhild Enger (Sweden)

Polish Competition “Independent”

New this year was the competition “Kids”:

First Prize in the category of film for children aged 5+: “Ghost hours” / “Hours spirits”, dir. Nils Skapans (Latvia / Estonia)
 Prize in the category of film for children aged 7+ “Piglet. Babysitter” / “Piglet”, dir. Natalya Berezovaya (Russia)
 Prize in the category of the video for high school students: “God’s lamb” / “Lamb of God”, dir. Kees-Jan Muller (Netherlands)

Wild Bison Award, which is the Audience Award to the film “Joanna”, dir. Aneta Kopacz.
