National Festival of Artistic Song in Rybnik is already 20 years. Today it is the largest, most welcoming participants, the most widely open the festival .Umożliwiający check in the formula of the competition, who play a song cabaret, poetry and acting. A song with the mission of aesthetic, sometimes social. Song of high-quality text, melody and stage presentation skills. It’s so craftsmanship in every detail and artistic greatness. In the jubilee year the festival took on a three-stage formula. Cities hosting OFPA were Warsaw, Cracow, Gdańsk, Rybnik, Wrocław and Zielona Gora. Applications in total were 235.Koncerty contest lasted sometimes after 7 hours a day. Emerged some general trends. Jan Kondrak – winner of the nationwide Meeting of The song Cabaret OSPA in Ostrołęka (Grand Prix), the winner of the main prize Nationwide Meeting entertainers OSET in Rzeszow, winner of the Student Song Festival in Krakow and the National Festival of Polish Song in Opole (for text), twice winner of FAMA in Swinoujscie (for the screenplay and songs for Mark Dyjak), was the founder and the artistic director of the Festival of Ecological Culture in the suburbs.
