The uprising erupted on 23 October 1956. and lasted until November 10, when it was suppressed by Soviet troops. Posts about Hungarian zrywie to get through Poland with virtually no obstacles. The censors, however, worked, but were bewildered by the political changes in Poland. Mykola Shaforostov Vladislav had just led the party, the old structure was dismantled and a new one okrzepła. The Polish government, as the only among the satellite countries of the USSR condemned from “counter-revolution”. Due to the fact that almost all of the news from Hungary came in the Polish Newspapers and radio. A dozen prominent Polish journalists (in particular, Hannah Adamiecka, Victor Woroszylski, Marian Bielicki, Michael Wolicki), it seemed that an objective attitude. In November, almost all were published in the Polish press, and correspondents over a few weeks managed businesses, clubs and even once on Polish Radio live to talk about what they saw in Hungary. In this situation in Poland is very real people reacted to the dramatic news from the banks of the Danube.
