Review comic Crisis on Infinite Earths – cleaning … – Portal PPE.PL

Comics nowadays play an important role, because people are living stories of superheroes. They dress up as favorites, watch their exploits on TV screens, or participate in their adventures of gaming. However, drawing the stories were not always taken seriously and no one really reigned over kreowanymi adventures. DC Comics was founded in 1935 and since then successive writers prepared the story of Superman, Batman and the whole joyous brood. Adventures were created by machine, each of the heroes received new adventures, which resulted in the emergence of big problems – the authors themselves do not rule over the characters, often changed relevant to the heroes of elements, not finished started threads or mingled in biographies. The solution in the short term was the concept of parallel universes in which every author can create, for example, your Defender Gothan. The idea quickly fell because readers could not find in the worlds. Comics instead of getting to the widest possible group of recipients, were created only for the few who were able to catch in this great chaos. Precisely for this reason, the stewards DC Comics decided to hire mentioned in the introduction Marv Wolfman, whose task was to organize the entire universe.

Task writer was extremely difficult, but approach the subject with great caution should be great respect . Wolfman for several months he studied all the stories, stacked characters and events, and then without any scruples left cleaned all creators of chaos. How best to “clean out” crap? Creating a great story, which appears in the form of wanting to annihilate the demonic worlds and at the same time all the living heroes. World DC needed a real earthquake, unprecedented shock or title Depression, by successive artists could alone create new stories. Fortunately Wolfman was not afraid to take a chance and in the pages of Infinite Earth lets go crazy AntyMonitorowi – form can be associated with the series The New Teen Titans.

AntyMonitor crushed its size and dispassionately continued destructive crossing after successive universes. The enemy has an extraordinary power of antimatter, which allows it to eliminate literally every person encountered. It is probably for you a special surprise that the enemy bumps into another superheroes and simply deletes them from the world of DC. The idea Wolfman turned out to be a hit, because using one form of getting rid of useless, weak, or simply unfinished threads and leaves only the heroes of the corresponding biography. I’m not going to reveal too much, but at some point a group of the form under the guidance of the Monitor (a good thing!) Decided to join forces and fight with a cruel enemy. The result of this battle is easy to predict, but I promise that not all threads are black and white, and the writer summarizes some great stories. Seemingly every reader from the beginning expects to complete, but fortunately predicted that the author himself, who decided in the right way to beautify adventure.

But I must warn readers – is an accumulation of the characters and themes brings a chaos, which was initially difficult to grasp. This reading must be approached calmly and with plenty of time. They do not help sometimes very extensive dialogues, but it is obvious that the author had so provide any circumstances. At the same time it is a perfect summary of 50 years of comic books from DC stable and thus excellent summary of the whole work. Wolfman undertook the task of seemingly unmanageable, but through careful reading and knowledge as he could perform this task with great success. The market is difficult to find such a complete reading, which also offers a thorough history of the whole album.

Since the first release of the Depression’s been 30 years, but the publishing house Egmont let down and prepared bloated, 392-page tome, which next presented “cleaning” were also extras in the form of szklicy, comment the authors or clippings scenario. The album does not cost enough, but without doubt it is a must for beginners and experienced readers, because everyone will find something for themselves. It should also be noted that even fitting – which after all is showing its age! – Still presents an excellent level and fits into the events presented. This historic volume, which George Pérez embellished carefully thought-out line. He also recovered homework, and thus each of the characters has its own individual character … Although it was not an easy thing, because the heroes of this chaos is missing.

If you have not yet had the opportunity to see this work, you should as soon as possible to fix your mistake. Sometimes it can bother the accumulation of everything, but it is worth persevering through the pages, and after a moment of delight in a created story. Marv Wolfman started a new chapter in the DC Universe, and thanks to his work release could afford another memorable stories and great events. Without a doubt, this is a must for any fan of comic books.
