SPORTS / diving. The effect of Czestochowa – acrobatics, gymnastics, jumping in the water |
the Effect of częstochowa is a sports club, tied last year. In the framework of classes in the pool at the Parallel street, and the gym received from MOSIR are: acrobatics, jumping in the water and learning to swim. The training is attended by children aged 3 to 16 years and adults. We talk to the youngest course participants and trainer, Catherine Reczulską |
When and under what circumstances the club was formed? |
How does it work with children? You think it’s harder than working with adults?
Is a completely different work. Children are more elegant, although I have my moods. A sincere, open and visible interaction. If something does not want, or are tired, then talk about it immediately. Children are an open book – all of them seen. And adults don’t always say what I think. Children are ready to any comments. Due to the limitations of psychophysical and emotional, not always can perform. However, they work and try to correct their mistakes. They are full of enthusiasm and energy.
Now increasingly spoken about the problems children of the XXI century. We call them children of the Internet. Dependent media is also the problem of obesity in children that free time is not spend in the fresh air, and their favourite food are sweets. Sport can play a crucial in the fight against “the plague of our time”? Children can give training at Your club?
– Children do not always see the problem of obesity. I think the key role is played by parents. They put their children to class. Some of them dream about success in sports, other sports drink for recreational purposes. The benefits of training are huge. The gap from your TV, tablet, computer, and all other passive activities is already a great success. Exercise improves coordination, flexibility, endurance, and even resistance to stress. Children are actively spending time doing better in life. Their efficiency differs amid their peers.
Miss the wards with their future diving?
– some children, of course, would like to connect my future life with the jumps. They want to show, improve, Polish their skills and compete with children who count are already in the country and in Europe.
you already Have a lot of experience, if it is to train children. Previously worked in another of our lady of Czestochowa club. You their students that have achieved in tournaments in Poland and in the international arena?
– In the previous club I was younger, there was another system of work. After reaching a certain limit, children under reward for his hard work, passed int o the leading group. I led a therapy group and on average advanced. My children started their adventure with the sport, put the first steps. Now succeed even on the international stage.
“Gazeta Czestochowa” had the pleasure of watching one of the training sessions, in which participated. Olga and Eva Kowalińskie, Pypłacz Ada, Ada Balcerek, Mikhalina Wojtasik, Gerard Wolnik, Julia Krzyszczyk, Valentine Nowakowski. About the class the Effect of Czestochowa, the coach and the most difficult elements of the sport voted the most young participants:
Mikhalina Wojtasik (12 years)
– diving, train for a year, and I like coming to class. I think that your Kate is an outstanding coach. I would like to continue your adventure with sport. What is the most difficult? I think the the jump. All observables can seem simple, but in practice it really difficult. I feel fear when I’m standing on the tower, located 6 meters above the ground. I believe that it is necessary, however, to overcome it, because with time everything gets easier.
Gerard Wolnik (12 years)
– I Like to come to practice, because I have a lot of f riends here, and sometimes it’s really funny. Jumping train from 5 years. Don’t know whether it’s my road. I think that is the difficult back flip. I’m not afraid to jump from height. I think obawiałbym jump from the highest tower, but I’m sure I would have tried.
Julia Krzyszczyk (10 years)
–Classes four times a week. We are happy to go. I think the most difficult part is fiflak and some acrobatic jumps. Sometimes I’m afraid to jump from a springboard, but I try to overcome this fear.
