Laura Cubi &Adam Wendt Acoustic Set will perform on Friday (23.10) in the Fama club. The concert is organized as a part of Jazz at the SIDE.

“the Russian heart – Spanish soul” is the name of the tour, the new album of Adam Wendta “Por la noche” (“night”). Is the material written under the influence of the passion of Spanish music and, in collaboration with Laura Cubi Villena. Composer of all songs contained on the disk Adam Wendt, the author of the texts, of course, in Spanish, Laura Cubi. The result of this problem, like authors and musicians, accompanying is a fusion of the best features of Spanish music and our native Polish.

the repertoire of the disc is 12 of the author’s compositions in a bold way to play and zaśpiewanych. Distinguished by their beautiful melodies and interesting instrumental composition in combination with a voice which, on the contrary, hypnotizes listeners.

Laura Cubi is a highborn Spanish woman living permanently in Valencia in Spain, in love with our country – people, folklore, landscapes and dumplings! Engaged in music professionally. Leads a music school in your city and make sure as a soloist in numerous music clubs to sing like a typical Spanish music, jazz or rhythm and Blues.

Adam Wendt graduated from the faculty of Jazz and popular Music Music Academy in Katowice. He took part in the recording of about 80 disks (including six copyright) not only as a saxophonist but as a composer and arranger.

Band members: Laura Cubi – vocals, Adam Wendt – saxophone tenor and sopranowy, Paul Zagańczyk – accordion Jaroslaw Stokowski – double bass.
