On an ongoing basis, each participant will be able to assess the various proposals to fill an anonymous questionnaire, which after the event will be carefully studied by the service. All this to the menu in the fullest possible way reflect the tastes of customers.
– Not often happens that restaurateurs want to listen to the opinion they are the best censors customers. We want to tap into their preferences and tastes, because I do not cook yet for ourselves but for our guests and we do it with them in mind. Therefore their feedback is important and crucial before making a decision – says a representative of the restaurant.
PRE-tasting will be held on Saturday, December 5th. Beginning at 18. Participation in the event requires prior booking, and the number of seats is limited.
