The American movie “Crisis Hotline: Veterans Press 1″ by Ellen Goosenberg Kent won the Oscar for best short documentary, in this category, beating two Polish films: “Joanna” dir. Aneta Kopacz and “Our curse” dir. Thomas Sliwinski.
The best documentary was “Citizenfour”; cinematic story about Edward snowdam directed by Laura Poitras. Oscar for best short film actor was awarded “The Conversation” (dir. Matt Kirkby).
The award for best animated filmmakers received “Big Hero 6″ (dir. Don Hall and Chris Williams), and for the best short animation was considered “ Feast” by Patrick Osborne.
The best song was considered “Glory” derived from “Selma” (dir. Ava Duvernay). Track posted John Stephens, better known as John Legend, and Lonnie Lynn , known under the pseudonym Common. During the gala, starring Academy Awards also include Adam Levine, Jennifer Hudson, Lady Gaga and Tim McGraw.
